Looking for Representatives
SOP is selecting Representatives in order to widen its sales network for the Agro-Livestock sector in the regions of:
Emilia - Lombardia - Piemonte - Veneto.
Its products, based on its propriety technology, enables the farmer to work on the 3 pillars of sustainability:
- - Economic (saving and earning);
- - Environmental (reducing pollution and Greenhouse gases);
- - Social (reducing odors and land, air and ground water pollution).
The Representative must be able to propose solutions to dairy cow farmers via products to be integrated with the feed or for the treatment of liquid manure, biogas installations and forage.
Candidates may also be evaluated for development within the pig and beef cattle sectors.
A successful candidate should have:
- - knowledge of the farming sector;
- - good attitude for and experience in sales to the end customer and in management of negotiations;
- - character qualities: independance, tenacity, positivity, open-mindedness, capacity to listen;
- - own car.
The role of the candidate:
- - establish the initial contact with the farm;
- - evaluate the farm situation and be able to propose the best SOP solutions to the customer;
- - collaborate actively with the sales manager and the technical staff;
- - constant and continuous monitoring within the farm.
